Responsibilities Responsibilities of the Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant:

- Lead on high value and complex Salesforce CRM projects across several Salesforce products.
- You will effectively own the project and client relationship at a functional level and work with the management team on ensuring project delivery success.
- Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce products features and limitations to help with solution design and implementation while also ensuring your project runs to time and budget.
- You will need to have great communication and stakeholder management skills as you will be client facing and be able to manage client expectations under pressure.
- Line management of junior Salesforce Consultants.
Skills The skills and experience needed for the Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant:

- Proven Salesforce functional background delivering end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Able to manage the project lifecycle - scoping, development, testing, deployment, go live and aftercare.
- High Level understanding of Salesforce customisation and configuration.
- Strong stakeholder management with good business acumen.
- Show leadership attributes with willingness to support and guide junior consultants on projects.
- Worked across multiple Salesforce cloud implementation projects at the same time - Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud are both bonuses to have.
Experience Requirements Experience of working with another Salesforce consultancy firm.
Qualifications Salesforce certified.
