Special Needs Education Support Worker *Job Type: Part-time & Full-time roles available

Day-to-day of the role: *Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
*Work closely with teaching staff to implement an ECHP (Education, Health and Care Plan)
*Engage with pupils through one-to-one support and small group work.
*Assist in the development of social skills and independence in a nurturing setting.
*Monitor and support the well-being and progress of the pupils, adapting techniques to suit individual needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Special Needs Education Support Worker or in a similar role with transferable skills.
*Team Teach qualification is preferable.
*Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS check on the update service.
*Strong desire to go above and beyond for children with special educational needs.
*Confident, patient, and highly motivated with an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by children with SEN.
