The Supplier Partnerships Manager will:
*Build and nurture strong relationships with supplier partners to foster engagement and retention.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier partners, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
*Identify and develop opportunities to onboard new supplier partners aligned with business goals.
*Collaborate with internal teams, including Advisors and Operations, to ensure service level agreements are met.
*Track and report on supplier performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Package:
The Supplier Partnerships Manager will receive:
*Annual salary of £35,000 - £40,000.
*26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
*A strong bonus structure.
*Birthday off every year.
The ideal Supplier Partnerships Manager will have:
*Proven experience in partner or supplier relationship management.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*An analytical mindset to assess partnership performance.
*Proficiency in CRM systems and data tracking tools.
*A strong preference for this individual to have exposure to Asset Finance
