About the Role:
This rewarding position focuses on providing 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with additional needs. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring their academic and emotional development, working closely with the class teacher and SENDCO to create a tailored learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Offer dedicated 1:1 support, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment.
*Assist the pupil with accessing classroom activities and meeting learning objectives.
*Provide personal care and promote independence as needed.
*Collaborate with teachers, SENDCOs, and parents to implement and adapt strategies for success.
