Contracts Manager - Basildon - Up to £60,000 Plus Benefits


Due to expansion, PW Construction are currently looking for a Contracts Manager who has experience with both Mechanical & Plumbing projects in Basildon. The successful candidate will be working for a well established business who have over 100 staff across multiple offices in the U.K. 

Skills required
*You must hold a black card (Essential)
*Managing full life cycle projects
*Produce clear, accurate and defined scope of work instructions to sub-contractors to ensure accurate deliver within works timeframes.
*Regular site visits to scope works/projects, monitor works progress, and ensure client expectations are met.
*Working mainly on new builds
*Must have a good knowledge of plumbing 
*Gas experience is highly desirable (not essential) 
*Working hours: Mon – Fri 7.30am - 5pm
