Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Warehouse/Operations)
Location: Bedford
Salary: £15 per hour
Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Training), 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Post-training, flexible shift pattern)
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their busy warehouse and operations team. This crucial role supports the transport and picking teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
*Pulling picks and logging details using Excel
*Printing labels and ensuring order accuracy
*Coordinating with multiple departments within the business
*Assisting with rework and performing other manual tasks when required
*Processing and managing orders for timely delivery
Requirements:
*Strong administrative experience with high attention to detail
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
*Excellent communication skills for effective inter-departmental coordination
*Physically fit for manual tasks and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
*Flexible approach to working across different departments as required
*Ability to adapt to changing shift patterns, particularly during peak periods

This is a fast-paced role, especially as we enter peak periods. The position requires flexibility with working hours and shift patterns, which may change for holiday cover.
