In this role, you will lead and inspire a talented team of Executives who are responsible for managing all corporate events from the moment a contract is signed through to post-event coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape exceptional experiences for their clients while fostering a motivated and engaged team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, mentor, and support a team of executives
*Oversee the planning of multiple large-scale conferences, meetings and events
*Ensure seamless event management from initial planning to execution.
*Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring every event exceeds client expectations
*Collaborate with sales and operational teams to deliver flawless event execution
Experience:
*Recent experience in planning multiple large conferences, meetings, and events.
*Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team
*Deliver exceptional client experiences with a detail-oriented approach
