Job Description:
Position: Senior Technical Account Manager (SAP Business One)
Type: Full-time, Sales-focused
Location: Home-based with travel to customer sites and office as needed
Responsibilities:
*Customer Relationship Management: *Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP Business One customers.
*Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on SAP investments and roadmaps.
*Sales and Growth: *Identify and drive additional sales opportunities (software, services, training, etc.).
*Own sales activities, including demos, pre-sales, quotes, and CRM updates.
*Meet or exceed sales targets.
*Collaboration and Support: *Partner with internal teams (Support, Marketing, Consulting) to enhance customer satisfaction.
*Provide pre-sales demonstrations and technical insights to close deals.
*Other Duties: *Take on customer transfers from other SAP partners.
*Ensure high standards in advice, proposals, and overall customer care.
Qualifications:
*SAP Expertise: Proven experience as a consultant for SAP Business One.
*Communication: Strong verbal and written presentation skills in English.
*Mobility: Full UK/EU driving license and ability to travel freely within the UK and EU.
