Account Manager Opportunity
Are you a proactive, client-focused professional with a passion for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established company in the occupational health sector, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all client needs. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive business growth. Reporting regularly on account performance and staying up-to-date with industry trends will be central to your success. Occasional client site visits will also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
*Foster and manage strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
*Produce detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports.
*Monitor industry news and competitors to identify opportunities.
*Identify and address service improvements and innovations.
*Manage the website’s online chat facility and provide client support.
*Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to departmental and company goals.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should have:
*Proven experience in account management (not customer services)
*Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
*Experience working with targets ESSENTIAL
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
*A professional, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
