Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
Hybrid working available
37 hours per week
Salary: £31,658 - £35,175 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a background in a contractor planning environment and great knowledge of building and maintenance terminology!
In this role, you’ll schedule appointments for suitably qualified persons to undertake work and complete jobs within our customers’ homes, keeping customers fully informed of progress. You’ll also manage operative calendars, resolve technical and property issues and book appointments and surveys. Additionally, you will carry out administrative tasks, respond to complaints and answer complex queries.
We’re looking for someone with…
- Experience of working in a contractor planning environment
- Experience using workforce planning tools
- Sound knowledge of building and maintenance terminology and maintenance schedule of rates
- The ability and willingness to work flexibly during and outside of standard office hours
Please note, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check.
