Job Description:
Hybrid Working - 3 days office / 2 days home working

Due to movement in the team, our renowned leading branded client, is looking to appoint an HR Co-ordinator to join their busy, fun team. The role sits within a small HR Shared Services operation. You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative & project support to the HRBP team, and high quality HR advice in response to front line business queries ensuring timely and accurate completion of specific tasks across the employee life cycle.
Background wise you could be:
*A graduate with a minimum of one years HR Administration experience
*A career returner looking to step back into HR - could be flexible with a 4 day working week
*An experienced HR Administrator looking to take the next step up the ladder
This particular role will have a big part to play regarding the onboarding of new recruits so will suit someone with a lively personality that can engage and help integrate the new recruits into the business.
Key Skills:
• Graduate calibre, ideally CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified
• At least one year’s experience operating across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume HR administration environment
• Excellent English language skills; both written and verbal
• Confident speaking to people at all levels and presenting information face to face/via teams (when required)
• Strong numeracy skills
• Fully competent across all Microsoft Office packages
• A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work discretely and confidentially at all times
• Experience of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines
