Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs.
*Provide expert guidance and technical demonstrations of our solutions.
*Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions and ensure seamless project delivery.
*Offer ongoing support and training to customers to maximize their satisfaction and return on investment.
*Stay ahead of industry trends to position our offerings as market-leading solutions.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in a technical sales, engineering, or similar customer-facing role.
*Strong knowledge of engineering or technology-related products.
*Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
*Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both technical and non-technical.
* Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
* Provide basic maintenance on machinery
