Job Description:
Applications Support Analyst
Our client is looking for an experienced Applications Support Analyst to join immediately on a 6 month contract. Due to the urgent nature of the position you must be able to to start immediately.
Inside IR35
Hybrid working

Skills/Experience
*Understand key systems and to provide assistance on a daily basis as/when required.
*Competent systems administrator in a number of key business applications: including Finance systems, in-house applications & Point of sales systems.
*To manage workload and helpdesk tickets using internal helpdesk system.
*Work with Application providers to ensure smooth running of systems and SLA’s are adhered to.
*To deliver key areas of internal changes such as online documents, workflows, products.
*To be able to troubleshoot issues in order to identify the root cause in order to provide a solution.
Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
