£50’000 to £60’000 (DOE) + Regular Salary Reviews + Progression + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + Flexible Working

*Oversee and manage operations across the business

*Experience in a management / leadership role
*Good knowledge of operations and devising strategies for improvement
*Experience of people management
*Background in a customer service environment
*IT Literate
