This will involve developing and implementing improvement strategies, streamlining communication across various functions, managing escalated customer queries, leading and developing the team while tracking KPI’s.

The Role:
*Oversee and manage operations across the business
*Devise and implement strategies for improvement and success
*Be the main point of contact for escalated questions and queries
*Lead, mentor and grow the team
*Monitor performance via KPI’s

The Person:
*Experience in a management / leadership role
*Good knowledge of operations and devising strategies for improvement
*Experience of people management
*Background in a customer service environment
*IT Literate
