Job Description:
Position: (Technical) Product Manager
Salary: Circa £85k-£95k
Working Arrangement: Hybrid onsite 3 days per week
Location: Central London
WeDo have partnered with a payment tech company on a mission to create the most empowering and flexible way to pay. How do they do this? By combining the best the world has to offer in terms of debit, credit and savings. What do they tell their customers?.... The option is completely yours. Want to receive cashback? Want to split your payments?.... Sure thing, they can do that.
Now successfully supporting over 4-million customers, they have been named Europe’s fastest growing finance company for two consecutive years. £billion valuation, Unicorn status.
Historically a B2C offering, to accelerate exponential growth, they are now looking for a Product Manager to bolster their B2B value proposition. Its worth noting, this is focussed more on the Tech implementation phase as opposed to Customer Experience.
Expectations:-
*As a PM for the Merchant Team, you will work closely with Storefront and Purchase product managers, executing the domain product strategy through development of capabilities around areas like advertising inventory, UI tooling, sales tracking/reporting to name just a few
*Work closely with Revenue and Sales teams achieving alignment and managing new opportunities and ideas
*Owning Affiliate Team product roadmap
*Be a conduit in a cross functional team including engineering, data, design etc
Requirements:-
*3-5 years experience. This position lends itself to a Senior, not lead at this stage
*Experience and appreciation for data-driven products and API’s
*Ideally an Ad-Tech background and/or knowledge of the affiliate marketing domain
*Successful development of B2B products
*Data/Analytics (internal and external measures)
Interview process:-
*1st stage - Exploratory discussion with Group Product Manager
*2nd stage - Take home assessment and subsequent delivery
*3rd stage - Wrap up discussion (likely to include SVP/CTO)
Interview slots are available immediately with the intention to complete (or vast majority of) the process this side of Christmas/New Year. Please apply now for further information.
