Accounts & Operations Administrator
Salary: £27,000 per annum (depending on relevant experience). Plus 7.5% annual bonus
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week). No weekends.

A great employer with various development opportunities with length of service. This is predominately an accounts role. Ideally the successful candidate will have some experience in basic accounts/ banking related roles, but other strong candidates without this experience would be considered.
Role purpose:
You’ll work within our client’s finance division, they offer "buy now, pay later" agreements to their customers. You’ll support in all things administration, customer service and basic accounts relating to the end customer’s billing accounts. Such things as credit agreements, closing accounts and all-round account maintenance, ensuring correct processing through their internal system.
Summary of your daily duties and responsibilities:
Operations and Administration related:
• Answering emails and calls from customers, colleagues and third party stakeholders
• Carrying out ’due diligence’ on ’E’-contracts or paper contracts
• Daily imaging and filing of all agreement related documentation
• Receive and resolve customer complaints, knowing when to pass complaint on to proper management for resolution
• Contract auditing and filing
Accounts related:
• Processing payments through internal systems
• Posting account adjustments/terminations
• Analysing daily overpayments
• Produce credit agreements for customer’s "buy now, pay later" finance agreements
• Maintenance of customer Direct Debits
• Banking of customer manual payments/lease deposits
