This is your chance to be part of a cutting-edge company that’s transforming the cybersecurity landscape with AI and automation. We’re on a mission to redefine security operations, making them smarter, faster, and more efficient for SMBs and SMEs.
The Role – IT Administrator
As an IT Administrator, you’ll report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the IT infrastructure. From Azure administration to implementing robust security measures, you’ll ensure seamless IT operations while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

*Security Management: Safeguard digital assets using Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and other advanced tools.
*SaaS and Service Continuity: Manage SaaS platforms, develop continuity plans, and ensure readiness for disruptions.
*Continuous Improvement: Drive projects to enhance IT operations and stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in Azure administration (certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus).
*Proficiency with Microsoft security tools (e.g., Defender, Sentinel) and vulnerability management tools.
*Demonstrable experience in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
*A problem-solving mindset, with a track record of leading or contributing to IT projects.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
The Offer:
*Competitive salary of circa £45k
*Flexible remote working
*Monthly meetups with a collaborative and social team
*Comprehensive benefits package
*Training and development opportunities
*A chance to work within the high-growth, recession-proof cybersecurity market
