*Experience with Controls & Automation
*Managing whole system design through to installation
*Industrial material handling systems experience (belts, conveyors, big motors, dust extraction, large fans, big transmissions/gearboxes)
*Understanding the engineering and calculations behind the drawings (cable connections etc)
*Site experience and commissioning of whole systems
