Advertising Sales Executive - Digital Advertising and Event Sales
Central London Office - Hybrid working 3 days in the office each week
Base salary £30,000 + Uncapped Commission, Year 1 OTE £45K + Benefits

This is a great role for a graduate with b2b sales experience looking to advance their career in media and events sales.
What You’ll Do as an Advertising Sales Executive
*Pitch and sell a variety of marketing solutions to international clients. The products include digital advertising, sponsorship/table sales for an industry leading awards event, and sponsorship of podcasts, interviews and content.
*Proactively Connect: Identify and engage potential clients through cold-calling, email outreach, and social media.
*Build a Winning Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to fuel consistent success.
*Confidently Pitch & Present: Showcase cutting-edge digital advertising and wider marketing solutions over the phone and via video calls. Tailor presentations to highlight how you can help clients achieve their business goals and importantly ROI.
*Develop Relationships: Build and nurture meaningful relationships with new and repeat clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success.
*Maximise Opportunities: Identify upselling opportunities to deliver maximum value to clients and increase revenue.
*Close Deals: Take ownership of negotiations, confidently address objections, and secure deals efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
*Contribute to Growth: Share ideas and feedback to refine sales processes and improve outcomes.
*Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or surpass sales goals and KPIs to drive company success.
*Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer challenges, shaping effective strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
*Collaborate & Represent: Work closely with editorial (European and American), sales, events, and senior leadership teams. In every interaction, represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Who We’re Looking For
*A bright and ambitious graduate with 6-18 months of B2B advertising sales or similar transferable sales experience
*A proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for sales.
*Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to client needs.
*Proven ability to close short-cycle sales and exceed performance targets.
*A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
*A continuous learner with a finger on the pulse of industry trends and insights.
