Payroll Team Leader
Location: London once a week - fully remote after April
Salary: Circa £42,000 (dependant on experience)
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week
This role is currently once a week in London and then fully remote after April 2025
About the Role
A well-known brand is looking for an exceptional Payroll Team Leader to join their team and manage a team of 2!
If you have supervision experience, processed timesheets and have managed high-volume in-house end-to-end payroll then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process the payroll from start to finish for approximately 3000 employees
*Manage a team of 2
*Statutory payments
*Check Payroll
*Manage starters/leavers
*Produce and send P45s
*Manage pension and tax
*Parallel runs
*Answering queries
*Bank reconciliations
Requirements:
*Experience processing high-volume, in-house payroll from start to finish.
*Processed timesheets
*Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
*High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
*CIPP qualified (desirable)
*ROI end-to-end payroll experience (desirable)
*Highly organised, professional, strong attention to detail, proactive, driven
