Personal Assistant
Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Full-time, Hybrid (Monday to Friday)

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual ready to support a team of senior leaders in a dynamic corporate environment? We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely with 5-8 senior team members, including Partners and a Vice Chairman, within a leading communications advisory firm. With your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset, you’ll provide crucial administrative and operational support.
What you will do:
As the Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
*Diary Management: Coordinating complex schedules, arranging meetings, and resolving conflicts.
*Travel Coordination: Organising travel and accommodation.
*Document Preparation: Assisting with the creation and proofing of reports, presentations, and other materials.
*Administrative Support: Handling expenses, processing timesheets, booking couriers, and managing meeting logistics.
*Communication Management: Monitoring media coverage, formatting RNS documents, and maintaining press books.
*Event Coordination: Organising internal events, restaurant bookings, and on-site meetings.
Additionally, you will provide backup support for the CEO when their EA is unavailable and collaborate with the PA and office administration teams.
What you will need:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
*At least 3 years of Personal Assistant/Team Assistant experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate setting.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines.
*A confident, articulate telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
*Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and skills.
