We are seeking a motivated and dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is fluent in German and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process customer orders and handle returns efficiently
*Respond to customer queries and provide outstanding service
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to resolve issues

What we’re looking for:
*Native-level fluency in German is essential
*Previous experience in professional customer service is strongly preferred
*Must be within a commutable distance to High Wycombe
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
*A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
