*Experience being a senior level within a team
*Head up internal meetings
*Undertake site surveys
*Building relationships with multi disciplined teams  (Civil engineers, mechanical engineers and architects)

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Chartered engineer ideally
*Stadpro / AutoCAD Experience
*Connection calculation and design
*Good knowledge working with steel structures  
*Knowledge of different codes for different countries
