ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Godalming, GU7
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A dynamic, established Estate & Lettings Agency are looking for an experienced AssistantLettings Manager to join their professional office based in the Godalming area.
This is a chance to join a successful company with a dynamic modern approach, that takes pride in providing a professional residential sales and lettings service within a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
The perfect candidate will currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential lettings and have a comprehensive understanding of lettings processes, as well as the ability to win listings, and valuations.
You will have an excellent personal sales record and live to provide great customer service. Managerial experience is also beneficial, but the company may consider an aspiring Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to step up if they have the right experience and attitude!
The Company: Our client is an Independent Estate Agency with several local offices in and around the Surrey area who specialise in residential property sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Assistant Lettings Manager role will include:
*Extensive property lettings experience
*Ability to manage and drive a team beneficial
*ARLA qualification a distinct advantage
*Smart and well-presented
*Intelligent and articulate
*Aptitude to do valuations and win listings essential
*Ambitious and self-motivated
*Local knowledge of the Godalming area desirable
*Driving licence is essential
