Job Description:
Are you an experienced estate agent who has always wanted to work for one of estate agency’s premier brands but never had the opportunity? Then this could be your chance!
This upmarket and award-winning firm of estate agents and chartered surveyors is looking to recruit a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Oxford. The company balances its distinguished history with modern services and a cutting-edge approach. They are both well-established and highly respected throughout London and the rest of the country, which has resulted in repeat business and referrals from satisfied clients.
You will be responsible for generating new sales business and negotiating profitable sales. You will also be assisting the growth and development of the branch including Business Plan objectives; to be aware of and generate opportunities for other offices and departments.
To be considered you will have previous experience within residential sales and possess excellent communication and first-class customer service skills. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales negotiation experience with residential estate agency
• Experience of dealing with high-net-worth clients
• Comprehensive knowledge of the residential property market
• Numerate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• A desire to broaden knowledge and experience
• Full UK driving licence and your own car.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of £25,000 to £35,000, plus commission enabling you to earn in the region of £40,000! A car allowance will also be provided.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and you will be required to work 1 Saturday morning per month.
