Key Responsibilities for the Head of Logistics -
*Lead and align warehouse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
*Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
*Develop and implement international shipping processes, including DDP Incoterms.
*Navigate VAT and customs complexities for UK-EU and global trade compliance.
*Build and train a high-performing logistics team to support daily operations.
*Collaborate with e-commerce and finance teams to create seamless customer experiences.
*Design and optimise a supply chain framework to support scalability.
*Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement in cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Experience and Qualifications required for the Head of Logistics -
*Proven leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
*Deep expertise in international shipping, particularly DDP Incoterms.
*Strong knowledge of VAT and customs regulations for UK-EU trade.
*Experience designing and managing complex supply chains.
*Familiarity with integrating logistics into e-commerce platforms.
*A process-driven mindset with a track record of operational efficiency improvements.
