Scrum Master required by a successful software company with a global customer base. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to hire a Scrum Master with experience in a similar Microsoft SaaS / product development environment.
The Scrum Master is likely to have a technical in background in software development and/or software architecture as well as proven commercial experience as a Scrum Master working with software teams to shape the development of software products.
To this point Scrum Master responsibilities have been carried out by the Software Development Manager. Due to continued expansion the company has identified the need for a full time Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will work in conjunction with multiple development teams and will be tasked with creating custom processes, board and dashboards.
Key experience
*In depth understanding of Agile frameworks
*Running workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies
*Creation of custom boards and dashboards
*Coaching teams on Agile principles focusing on continuous improvement
*Agile leadership
*Collaborating with cross functional teams - QA, product management, software development and support
*Stakeholder management
Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous but it not essential
*Azure DevOps
*Software architecture
*A background in software development - C#
*Security principles and processes relating to Office 365
*Project management tools eg Productboard
