Job Description:
Position: Aligners Sales Specialist
Location: Bolton, on-site with site travel
Salary: £30,000 + comms
Our client is a leading provider of dental services, offering comprehensive solutions to NHS, independent clinics, private practices, teaching hospitals, and the Ministry of Defence. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a proactive, driven, and dynamic Aligners Specialist to help secure new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Promote our client’s services to dentists, business owners, and key stakeholders across the dental and healthcare sectors.
*Act as an Account Manager, ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong client relationships.
*Drive new business growth by generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals with both new and existing clients.
*Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the dental sector and understand the needs of different clients, including NHS, private practices, teaching hospitals, and the Ministry of Defence.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued service excellence.
*Provide regular business development reports and updates to senior management.
What We Are Looking For:
*Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the dental or healthcare sectors.
*Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on both acquisition and retention.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
*Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
*Experience in managing accounts and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
*Knowledge of the dental industry and experience working with NHS, private clinics, or other healthcare providers is highly desirable.
