We are looking for a Medical Administrator to join our healthcare client in Marylebone for the month of December. This temporary position involves crucial administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with our quality assurance team to maintain the highest standards of care and service.
*Collect and analyze outcome data from medical journals and direct communications with members.
*Gather interim data for returning members to monitor their progress and health changes.
*Oversee and manage post-scan processes, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
*Identify tasks requiring doctor intervention and ensure they are promptly addressed.
*Update member summaries with the latest health data and outcomes.
*Schedule follow-up examinations for members to ensure continuous care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other PC tools.
*Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
*Background in healthcare is essential, as the role involves handling sensitive medical information.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with team members and patients.
