Supply Chain ManagerOverview A mission-driven start-up revolutionizing the FMCG industry is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their Operations Team in London. The Supply Chain Manager will play a crucial role in managing inbound supply chain operations, stock planning, and building strong relationships with external suppliers.
Responsibilities *Managing inbound supply chain operations and stock planning - end to end
*Contributing and leading the S&OP Processes
*Supply Chain team management and development
*Building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers
*Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks
*Executing ordering and forecasting processes
*Leading initiatives to improve supply chain performance and efficiency
Qualifications *Experienced Supply Chain Manager/Specialist within the FMCG industry
*Expert in Planning (Supply, Demand, Materials, S&OP, forecasting)
*Supplier Relationship Management
*Experience managing a small Supply Chain Team
*Ability to manage daily processes and deliver on long-term projects
*Detail-oriented with a drive to maximize value
*Strong analytical and numerical skills, advanced Excel proficiency
*Excellent communication and relationship management skills
*Self-motivated and independent operator in a high-growth environment
