This role will be mainly remote with ad hoc travel required in the UK.

Description
*Support the Senior Finance Manager to prepare, and critically review, the divisional monthly results
*Prepare and present monthly reporting and interpretations of divisional financial performance by activity and/or area
*Visit sites to challenge financial performance and coach financial awareness
*Prepare accurate monthly financial reports to guide strategic decision-making.
*Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
*Perform cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
*Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure financial compliance.
*Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
*Drive process improvements within the finance department.
*Provide financial expertise and advice to senior management.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A strong academic background in accounting or finance.
*Professional qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
*Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
*Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
