About the Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects. You will work closely with a wide range of clients, including property developers, businesses, and investors, providing expert legal advice in this thriving sector.
 
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with experience in Commercial Property law
*Strong understanding of property transactions, leases, and development projects
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
*A proactive and driven individual who is keen to progress within the firm
*Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
