Roles & responsibilities for the Mortgage Advisor:
* Conduct fact-finding appointments and gather all necessary documentation.

* Offer expert advice on mortgages and protection products.

* Stay current with industry trends and regulations through ongoing CPD.

Qualifications and Experience requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.

* Proven experience in providing mortgage advice.

* Must reside in England or Wales.
