Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee budgetary control, financial planning, and forecasting.
*Provide detailed advice and guidance to both Finance and Non-Finance Managers.
*Manage and develop junior staff within the finance team.
*Ensure compliance with NHS financial regulations and standards.
*Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
*AAT qualified or studying towards a CCAB qualification, having passed at least the initial level.
*Professional accountancy qualification to Postgraduate Diploma Level (e.g., Managerial or Intermediate Level CIMA, Part II ACCA, Diploma Level CIPFA) or equivalent experience.
*Significant experience in a financial management role, including budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
