An exciting opportunity has arisen for Stoma Care Nurse with post-registration experience to join a leading healthcare provider. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and salary range of £36,000 - £40,000 for 37.5 hours work week.
As a Stoma Care Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care, acting as a patient advocate, and offering support to healthcare staff.
You will be responsible for:
*Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
*Collaborate with community and continuing care teams for seamless patient services.
*Act as a resource for nursing staff, offering guidance and teaching programs.
*Maintain accurate records in accordance with best practices.
*Support Health Care Professionals through clinical patient reviews.
*Attend regional and company meetings as needed.
What we are looking for:
*Previously worked as a Stoma Care Nurse, Colorectal Nurse, Stoma Nurse or in a similar role.
*Demonstrated post-registration experience.
*Registered with the NMC.
*Possess nursing qualifications.
*Background in stoma or colorectal.
*Skilled in IT, including Excel.
