Payroll Manager
Permanent
Based in Brighton with parking, lucrative pension, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, gym and further benefit
Hybrid working (50/50 split)
£48,000 - £53,000 per annum plus further benefits
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor to join a well known organisation based in the just outside the Brighton area on a permanent basis.
Your duties will include:
*Managing two payrolls, over 4000 employees
*Supervising a team of 3
*Deliver cyclical Payroll items including, monthly payroll, year-end, P60’s, P11D’s,
*Real time reporting
*Meeting statutory obligations
*Financial reconciliations
*Pensions contribution process
*Advising colleagues at all levels and across the institution of payroll processes and policies
*To assist in drafting and reviewing payroll policy and processes, under the direction of the Senior Payroll Manager.
Key requirements:
*A proven track record working in Payroll
*Knowledge of Payroll reconciliations and financial posting, including reconciliations and able to do a manual calculation
*Knowledge of occupational sickness, maternity and paternity schemes and their application
*Hold a recognised qualification in Payroll and Pensions e.g. CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent would be desirable but not essential
