This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone with experience in purchase ledger management and other accounts administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing supplier invoices accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
*Managing payment runs to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
*Supporting other accounts functions, including general ledger tasks and month-end processes.
*Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and maintaining organised records.

*Proven experience in purchase ledger and general accounts administration.
*Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
