About the Role:
As the Finance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving financial excellence and supporting strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
*Full management accounts ownership - ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
*Team leadership - managing and inspiring a small, motivated finance team.
*Business partnering - collaborating with departments across the company to provide financial insights and drive performance.
*Statutory accounts support - assisting the Financial Controller in preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
This is a hands-on role with a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, offering you the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced and fun industry.
About You:
Part or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
*Brings a proven track record in management accounts and team leadership.
*Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys partnering with non-financial teams.
*Has a passion for delivering accurate financial insights that drive decision-making.
