Commercial Manager – North London - £65,000 - £80,000
A highly successful and growing marketing agency are looking for a driven Commercial Manager or Growth Manager to join their team to lead and execute commercial strategies to drive business performance and profitability. You will collaborate closely with various departments including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure the successful implementation of all commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a commercial environment.
As the Commercial Manager you will work with sales to support client relationships and oversee the pricing department and all activity in relationship to pricing with a focus on accuracy and speed. You will assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement. In addition you will lead risk management; working to identify potential commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests.
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Manager role will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams. You will possess a solid understanding of commercial principles, including pricing, contract negotiation, and business development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations are also essential.
The salary on offer for this Commercial Manager role is up to £80,000 plus benefits.
