Management Accountant - Permanent - Leicester - up to £40,000 per annum DOE

Macildowie Finance are recruiting for a Management Accountant position with a well-known and industry leading manufacturing business based in Leicester.

This role is on a permanent basis, working with a brilliant and supportive finance team. The department is fast-paced and dynamic, and a key element of the position will be to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across the business.

The working pattern of this role is office based during probation period, with the opportunity to work more flexibly after this and once relationships have been established across the business.

Some of the main responsibilities include:
*Accurate and timely month end reporting
*Managing all costs, ensuring all are reported correctly and variances understood
*Supporting on forecasting
*Key business partnering across all areas of the business, predominantly non-finance
The ideal candidate for this role will be/have:
*Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA ideally
*Experience working within a month end focused role
*Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships across departments
*Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
*Experience within a manufacturing setting (desirable)
