Job Opportunity: Social Media Manager / Senior Social Media Executive The Opportunity
A brand-new and exclusive opportunity has arisen to join an exciting, fast-growing luxury beauty tools e-commerce business, as either a Social Media Manager or Senior Social Media Executive . This fully remote role is perfect for a creative and driven individual with a passion for social media and a knack for innovative content creation. The company operates in the beauty space using a direct-to-consumer model via its website, as well as through stores and retail partners both online and in-store globally.
The company is thriving and expanding rapidly, making this role pivotal in shaping its digital presence. You will have full ownership of social media as your area, working closely with the founders to craft a compelling narrative and elevate the brand’s voice across platforms.
Role Overview As the Social Media Manager or Senior Social Media Executive, you will be the primary person responsible for managing all aspects of social media for the brand. You will also help position the founder as a leading voice in the beauty industry, managing their profile and supporting engagement with the industry.
This role sits alongside the wider marketing team and involves strategy development, content creation, community management, influencer collaborations, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, small e-commerce brand environment.
Key Responsibilities * Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others.

* Content Creation: Create engaging, original digital content that aligns with the brand’s tone and aesthetics. Think creatively to develop fun and innovative campaigns.

* Founder Profile Management: Work closely with the founder to position them as a thought leader in the beauty industry by managing their professional profile and generating relevant content.

* Community Management: Engage with the brand’s audience by responding to comments, messages, and discussions across all social channels in a timely and professional manner.

* Influencer Collaboration: Identify, source, and engage with global influencers to amplify the brand’s reach.

* Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement them strategically to keep the brand relevant and exciting.

* Data Analysis: Provide regular reports on social media performance, analyse metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements - Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, beauty tools, lifestyle, haircare, or a similar industry.

* Proficiency in all major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for fun, engaging campaigns.

* Comfortable managing a founder’s profile and positioning them as an industry voice.

* Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

* A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to engage in all aspects of the business.

Location This is a remote position; however, you must be based in the UK.
Salary Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
