Job Description:
We are currently working with a SEN primary school which is a vibrant and welcoming school dedicated to nurturing the potential of every student. We aim to provide a supportive and enriching learning environment where both students and staff thrive. We are now seeking a passionate and enthusiastic SEN Primary School Teacher to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities: *Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
*Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
*Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
*Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
*Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline.
*Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications: *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience in teaching at the primary school level is preferred.
*Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best teaching practices.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
