Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Legal Secretary to join mt clients legal firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in the legal sector while providing vital support to their solicitors and ensuring an excellent service for the clients.
As a Junior Legal Secretary, your key responsibilities will include preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and forms. You will manage diaries, schedule meetings, and maintain appointments. Liaising with clients, answering calls, and addressing queries professionally will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will assist with file management (both electronic and paper), process incoming and outgoing mail, and support the team with various administrative tasks to maintain smooth workflow. You may also be required to undertake ad hoc duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Excellent communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. While prior experience in a legal or administrative role is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. A positive attitude, a willingness to support the team, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service are key qualities we are looking for.
