Job Description:
A highly successful services business has partnered with NET Recruit, to search the market for an Temporary Credit Controller within the Ringwood area on an ongoing basis.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:
*Contacting customers by making phone calls daily and also writing emails/letters for due and overdue balances
*Solving payment disputes and communicating with clients where necessary to secure prompt payment(s) and taking action to ensure that debtor balances are within agreed terms
*Promptly identifying, recording, and following up any customer queries with colleagues to ensure these are resolved effectively
*Striving to minimise company risk of overdue balances as proactively as possible
*Preparing accounts for liquidators and also repossession agents when required
*Implementing and documenting payment plans
*?Perform against targets individually whilst contributing to the overall productivity of the team, ensuring that monthly targets are met
*Attending monthly debtor review meetings alongside other team members to discuss progress and current cashflow picture
*Producing monthly and weekly statements
You MUST Have:

*Be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
*Previous credit control experience
*Excellent communication skills via email and the phone, particuarly with speaking to members of the public and other businesses
*Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
*Analytical and organised mind set
*Strong data entry abilities, to ensure accurate record keeping
This is a temporary but on-going assignment, with no defined end date currently set.
Your Opportunity:
Servicing both commercial and domestic clients, this business has been providing unique and attentive offerings for a number of years and has built up a strong client base which they continue to grow. This role is paramount to the financial stability of the business and the position holder will have responsibility for conducting Credit Control duties within a timely manner and to a high standard at all times.
For the successful candidate, an hourly rate of up to £15 per hour is available and this opportunity will provide fantastic hands on exposure within the credit control field, widening the successful applicant’s experience and knowledge base and giving them the opportunity to develop their skills further in order to lay a good foundation of abilities for future opportunities.
