Description
*Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders.
*Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock levels, and inventory movements.
*Oversee import/export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
*Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to optimise stock flow and distribution.
*Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and drive cost efficiencies.
*Provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment statuses and resolve any issues that arise.
Profile
*3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
*Strong understanding of international shipping processes, including import/export regulations.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel).
*Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*A proactive problem solver with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
*A passion for music and how it is played is a major advantage.
