Job Description:
KC Group is working with an established construction firm based in the Walsall area to find a talented Project Manager to join their team. This is a full time permanent role, working on a hybrid/remote basis (nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays required).
This exciting opportunity is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in project management within the construction sector, looking to oversee lucrative projects valued up-to £1m.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager role include: *Lead multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
*Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
*Use tools such as Project Server and SharePoint to monitor progress and collaborate with team members.
*Apply Waterfall methodologies to ensure structured project execution.
*Manage and mentor teams, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
*Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues.
*Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
Requirements of the Project Manager role Include: *5+ years of project management experience in construction (preferred).
*Strong understanding of product development processes and project management tools.
*Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
*Proven ability to manage diverse teams and projects valued up-to £1m.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Information about the Project Manager role Includes:
*Location: Hybrid remote (with nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays covered by the company).
*Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 (potential for negotiation)
