Description
The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities;
*Conduct detailed financial analysis and report on costs and rates
*Contribute to the preparation of the monthly management accounts
*Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes
*Support cost control initiatives within the company
*Liaise with internal and external auditors
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
*Support the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as required
*Continually seek to improve financial processes within the company
Profile
A successful Finance Rates Analyst should have:
*Basic understanding of the role of rates in business planning processes, bid work, and cost recovery
*Experience using ERP systems / financial reporting toolsets
*Proficient in using Microsoft products including excel, word and PowerPoint
*Part qual or QBE
