Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a SupportedHousing Partnership officer to join ourSupportedHousingTeamat SNG.
You’ll be based out of one of our offices in Bristol, Newbury, Christchurch or Basingstoke.
This is a full time permanent rolewith a mix of home and office working.
We are offering a starting salary of £32,000 - £40,000 depending on your experience.
The role:
As a SupportedHousing Partnership Officer you’ll be working closely withour local authorities, managing agents, care providers and other partners to improve the temporaryaccommodation pathways for our customers and ensure best use of our properties.
Initially you will be understanding, reviewing and analysing how oursupportedhousing customers move from a referral to accessing our services, moving into ourtemporaryaccommodation and moving on to their new home.
The rolewill be a combination of working closely withour partners and collecting, analysing and monitoring data to help withourhomelessness prevention model alongside ensuring compliance with contract agreements within oursupportedhousing.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
*To demonstrate a high level of stakeholderengagement
*Knowledge and experience of collecting, analysing and monitoring data
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience of working to and monitoring KPI’s
*The ability to work independentlywithsupport from the team
Experience in SupportedHousing isn’t essential, we are looking for someone with the motivation and skills to help develop this role and make it their own.
On occasion you’ll need to travel for this role so having a car and full driving licence is essential.
We will be interviewing for this role in January 2025.
