Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and dynamic individual with 1 to 2 years of IFA administration experience to join a vibrant, London-based firm of Financial Planners. This firm has built a strong reputation, which has contributed to its growth and success in the London market. The position offers a competitive salary of £29,000 to £33,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes hybrid working, a personal development plan, season ticket loan, study support, career progression opportunities, and a sociable working environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to progress towards paraplanning with the support of a study plan. You will work closely with several high-billing Advisers, managing relationships with high-net-worth clients. This role is perfect for a graduate with around 12 months of IFA administration experience or an administrator with 1 to 2 years’ experience who is looking for a fresh challenge. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will grow, including processing new business, maintaining compliance, managing fund switches, valuations, provider liaison, and overseeing the client review process. You will also be involved in diary management and organizing and attending client meetings. As your skills develop, you’ll have the opportunity to start writing suitability letters and tackling more technical queries.
The firm offers a structured mentoring and learning program for all staff, ensuring that you have the support you need to grow in your career. Additionally, full study support is available towards the CII Level 4 Diploma, and hybrid working options will be available after the initial training period.
