Job Description:
Account Manager - Loughborough - Full time in the office - Up to 40K + 23 Days Holiday rising to 26 after 2 years
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager / Project Manager to join an award winning business solutions partner, specialising in delivering multi channel sales, digital marketing and capital value growth for their clients.
Your focus will be to ensure all activity is delivered on time, on budget and in line with the client’s specific strategic objectives.
We’re looking for drive, determination and real commitment to excellent customer service. Outstanding communication is required.
Responsibilities
* Manage several new and existing regional and national accounts
* Forge and maintain solid business relationships with clients through regular proactive contact, ensuring the potential of each account is fully maximised
* Support the team in co-ordinating and delivering agreed activities for clients to tight deadlines
* Show a clear understanding of your client’s businesses, determining how best their objectives can be met and their expectations exceeded
* Resolve any problems in a timely fashion and ensure deadlines are met
* Monitor and report on each account’s progress, working closely with both internal departments and external suppliers
* Maintain close contact with the client at all stages of the delivery
* Attend all relevant client meetings
* Manage each account’s budget, ensuring effective control and reconciliation of costs to deliver agency profit
* Supplier research and liaison
* Arrange the effective and timely distribution of marketing collateral
You will require a full driving license as you will be required to work full time in the office which isn’t accessible via public transport.
